🔐 Accessing the Tour
- Go to the tour link provided.
- Use the following password to enter: adidas123
- You will be prompted to log in as a Guest or Collaborator.
🔸 Collaborator access is required to add or view notes.
🔸 Guests can only view the tour, not the notes.
Note: If you only need to view the tour or access the menu without interacting with notes, choose Guest login.
🧭 Adding Notes to a Tour
- Login as a Collaborator using your email and password as provided.
- Navigate to the Notes icon in the editor.
- Move to the desired location within the 3D space. Click the "+" icon and drag the note to pin it to the exact spot.
- A text box will appear. Enter a title and a description.
- Optionally, you can:
- Attach images , videos ( less than 20 mb)
- Record voice notes
- Mention collaborators (see below)
⚠️ Important: You must include some text in the description when adding audio or images. Notes without text cannot be published.
🙋 Mentioning Collaborators
- In the note description, type @ followed by their name or email.
- A dropdown will appear with matching users.
- Click the correct person to tag them.
- Click on "Create"
📝 Example: @JohnDoe Please review this hotspot and update the images.
📧 The mentioned user will receive an email notification like this :
🔔 Make sure to tag collaborators every time you want them notified .
🛠️ Managing Notes
- After creating a note, click the three dots on the note to:
- Edit position
- Mark as Resolved
- Delete the note - Click the navigation icon on the note to instantly jump to its location in the tour.
- Use search or filters to find notes quickly by keyword or status.
